Another Customer Service Horror Story?

The following is a transcript from a phone call to Wal-Mart's Electronics department at lunchtime.

Me: Did you all get in any copies of 'Blindeside' this afternoon?

WM employee: Yes ma'am. In fact, we received a double shipment last night. No need to rush -
just come by when you can and get your copy.

Me: Oh really? I stopped by at 7:00 this morning and the people in the electronics department
said they didn't get any copies of it.

WM employee: Hmmmm I guess they were too lazy to stock the shelves last night.
