We're getting a new phone system at work, and on this new system, supervisors will have the capability to monitor phone calls and computer use. I don't need to tell you that this has caused quiet a stir among coworkers. My little department was discussing it today in depth, and after listening to my three employees express their concern and dislike for it, I quoted something a school friend said in class a few weeks ago. And I quote:
"If you don't have anything to hide, then why should it bother you?"
