Today at work, I witnessed a first. Not only did I witness it, I was a part of it. Today I had someone that is under me tell me what I should do. No, it wasn't one of the three guys that work for me in my department; they know better than that. It was someone in another department that needs to learn that you don't use that tone nor verbage with someone that is a supervisor. It took a few hours but eventually we got the air cleared on this, but it still had me in a bad mood all day long.
I hope that that won't happen again, but I have a feeling it will. All I can do is hope that I will keep a cool head and not stoop to others' tactics.
