Over four weeks ago when the stimulus package was announced and it was said that people that were drawing unemployment would get an extra $600 a week, I half jokingly said I sure wouldn't mind getting laid off and drawing that much money each week.
It didn't take long before I took that back. Each day since then I've read tons of posts on FB about people having trouble getting their weekly unemployment checks. While at the same time, I'm positive they aren't having that much trouble getting their weekly bills.
I'm so thankful that my company has let me work from home during this mess. I can't stress that enough.
