TWIT and I are interrupting the daily Covid19 update to wish everyone a Happy Easter.
I'm proud do say I cooked/baked everything for our Easter dinner except for the ham. The deviled eggs and potato salad were awesome, as was the green bean casserole. And the carrot cake was great, too. It was my first attempt at icing a cake. It wasn't nearly as pretty as my Sweet Mother's cakes but it sure tasted good.
