Unless you have some type of amnesia that causes you to not remember anything, pretty much everybody in the state of Kentucky knows that we're at the start of Derby week. Actually, the Kentucky Derby Festival kicked off last Saturday with the world's largest fireworks display, Thunder Over Louisville.
