I'm very happy to announce that this coming Saturday morning, I will be participating in the American Diabetes Association's Tour de Cure - a fifteen mile biycle ride to raise funds and awareness for diabetes. This will be my first official bike ride since I started my serious bike riding a few months ago. I'm proud to say that I will be riding in honor of my mother, Minnie, who has diabetes.
