Update From The Compound

 The past two days, I've been  busy peeling, slicing and freezing a huge box of peaches we got from the Peach Truck last Thursday.  I'm not real fast at this process, but I am diligent.  I just put in two more batches of the peaches in the freezer, and this morning I made one of the Old Man's favorite desserts, Tennessee Peach Pudding for dessert tonight.   Tomorrow, I will freeze another couple of batches before the peaches start to go bad.  You can only eat so many peaches. But we've enjoyed a peach at midday this week.
