It's game on here at The Compound -- us versus the ground hogs. Yesterday evening, I went out to go to the garage for something, and as I walked down the back porch ramp, a young ground hog ran out from underneath it. Game on. Today, I spent some time spraying and pouring ammonia around the ramp - it has proved successful when I've poured it around the little red barn to keep the ground hogs at bay.
