For the past two days, I've driven myself crazy trying (key word) to get my printer to work. I was one step away from uninstalling it, doing a factory reset and then reinstalling it. I did one more Google search and looked up the instruction manual for it. I went to the page that showed a view of the back of the printer, and lo and behold, I had the USB cord in the wrong plug. Once I put it in the right plug, it started printing. Boy do I feel dumb. But at least I know what I did wrong and my printer works. Moving on.
