It's been another stressful week for me, faithful readers. I really don't have much to report today other than the usual battle over the a/c thermostat between me and the Old Man. I had it set on 74 - what we have had it set on for summer for as long as we've had central a/c. He swore it was 68 in the house when I got home. Not sure where he got that from, other than the fact that I think he was messing with the thermostat and wouldn't admit it. But I didn't press the issue. I reset it to 74 and hopefully he'll warm up. As I type this he's covered with his blanket, but he's not complaining too much.
