I just got home moments ago from a meeting at church, only to hear the news about a deadly shooting at a synagogue in Pittsburgh this morning.
I've been thinking for the past few months about officially closing Good Shepherd Security Consulting because I haven't had any paying clients in years. But today's news has changed my mind, and I'm going to keep on keeping on.
It's not really about the money - sure, I like when I get paid for my consulting services, but truthfully, if what I do can keep one church safer and more secure, than it's all worth it.
