It's been another crazy WTF day here. Now, all of the neighborhoods and official cities are changing Trick or Treat to tonight since there is heavy rain in the forecast for tomorrow.
All I can say is back in the day, we didn't let a little thing like rain bother us.
I'm really scared for my future with these young folks being in charge of things.
