I want to take a moment and publicly proclaim how thankful I am to still have my Mother and Father in my life. Before, during, and after supper tonight, we discussed a current drama going on in the lives of some friends. Dad summed it all up when he said "I just need to remind you - don't ever be afraid to tell your Mama and Daddy anything. We might be mad or upset at first, but we're still your Mama and Daddy, and we love you no matter what, and we'll do whatever we can to fix it."
I have to say he's absolutely right.
