Background: I had dinner tonight with a very cool little old lady friend of the family, and we were talking about how the price of everything has just skyrocketed. Our conversation focussed on mainly restaurants and airplace tickets, and our friend said something that should be tattoo'd on our foreheads: (and I quote)
