OAK Day

We interrupt our regularly scheduled Flashback Friday to say that today is TWIT's Official OAK day -- Ovarian Cancer Awareness In Kentuckiana Day. As soon as I post this entry, I will be getting cleaned and all gussied up to attend the OAK "Hats Off To Our Survivors" silent auction and dinner tonight. I am attending in honor of my boss, who is an ovarian cancer survivor. There's rumors running rampant that yours truly will be wearing a fancy hat at the big event tonight. All I can say is just stay tuned. And in the meanwhile, please support any cancer awareness events that you can.
