I was pulling out of the Kroger parking lot on Friday, when I saw something that you most definitely do not see every day. There was a fist fight between two apparently homeless men, who were punching each other with one hand while holding their cardboard "I am homeless and need help" signs in the other. After watching the brief fight and seeing the loser walk off, I am assuming the fight was over the prime grocery store entrance/exit spot for them to stand and beg. The loser walked off, but I think he got a better spot - he stopped at the big intersection of Greenwood and Terry, where he was holding up his sign.
Like I said, something you sure don't see every day.
