Where's The Service In Customer Service Update

Although yesterday's customer service experience was less than stellar, today's made up for it. 

I called a company with a couple of questions about an item I wanted to buy from Amazon, and the customer service rep that I spoke to was awesome.  He was patient, and answered my questions.  And I will most definitely order from this company again.
