Manic Thursday

Sorry to be Debbie Downer, but today was also a Manic Thursday.  I will be the first to say that MSD and the Louisville Water Company could not have possibly made their accounts any harder to figure out.  All of the red tape you have to go through to make a change is more than enough to make Mother Theresa cuss.
