Dad's hemoglobin levels were up last night and this morning. First miracle.
They moved him to a regular room this morning, just three days since the major surgery. Second miracle.
The majority of his doctors came in today and all said "we're done". And if all goes well tonight, he will go home tomorrow. Third miracle.
We talked to his nurse for a good while tonight, and to make the long story short, she told us that the surgeon that did his quadruple bypass in 2015 had a heart attack, and was discharged today. Even with all that is going on with him, Dad stopped and prayed for the doctor. Not counting this as a miracle, but just throwing it out there.
Thanks again so much for the calls, texts, emails, visits, and good thoughts.
As always, I'll keep you posted.
