Happy Birthday, Mom

We interrupt the regularly scheduled Flashback Friday to with my Mom a very happy birthday today.  We've been celebrating since 7:30 this morning.  I got up and ran out in the pouring rain to get her some fresh glazed donuts - something she requested for her birthday.  Being a diabetic, she allows herself to eat a glazed donut maybe 5 times a year.  So I was only happy to oblidge.  Then for lunch we had some turkey sandwiches while we watched the last episode of "All My Children." Now we're going to all get settled in our respective chairs and places for a nice nap before the partying will start up again.
