The Beat Goes On, Sorta

Yesterday, just about everyone on the first floor at work went home with a pounding headache courtesy of the crew pulling up the vinyl flooring in the old Engineering department. It sounded like they were using a jack hammer. This went on all day long.  When I walked past that area on my way out, I was surprised to see the old flooring still down.  I can't begin to imagine what they were doing all day as they made the head-pounding noise.  

After the headaches yesterday, today we will all be buzzed from the fumes of the adhesive. Hopefully we won't have drug testing.
