Dear Time Warner Cable:
Thank you very much for giving your subscribers back Showtime and Movie Channel yesterday. And thank you even more for not even attempting to give us a credit or discount on our cable bill for August. If you check your records, we haven't been able to get Showtime or Movie Channel for a month. So shouldn't you have taken the month's worth of Showtime and Movie Channel subscription fees off of our bill? Since you apparently forgot to, I will do you a favor and will deduct that fee from my monthly bill payment. How's that sound?
