Dear Time Warner Cable:
Is it just a coincidence that I waited on the phone for 20 minutes last night to speak to a live person about my internet connection issues, only to have the problem fairly corrected by the time I got off of the phone? The Old Man had no problems to report today as he was online on his iPad. And last night, I was online for about an hour after I hung up from talking with Customer Support, and experienced no connection interruptions whatsoever. Coincidence? I think not.
