Real Farmtown Update

TWIT is very happy to report that The 'Rents picked the first fruits of their hard labors out in the garden.  Last night, they picked two yellow squash, pictured above.  I'll be posting a picture of their very pretty garden later in the week so I can show off their gardening skillz.

And as you all are well aware of, gardening is just not my thing, but this year I planted a couple of banana pepper plants, and when they picked the two squash last night, The 'Rents reported that I had one pepper about 3 inches long and more were starting.  So now my project this week will be to find a fool-proof recipe for pickled banana peppers.
