TWIT and I would like to wish the 'Rents a very happy anniversary. On this day 56 years ago, one of the most awesome things happened -- my parents got married.
A lot of people tell me that I'm lucky to still have both of my parents. To say I'm lucky is not even scratching the surface. Luck is what you have at the racetrack or casino; to still have both of my 80 year-old parents makes me blessed beyond measure. I thank the Lord every day for them, and I give thanks for all that they have taught me.
