TWIT would like to wish everyone a very happy Memorial Day. I hope that you all spent the day thinking about our military men and women that gave their lives for our freedom. And I hope that you spent some time thinking about your friends and family that are no longer with us.
Today at The Compound, the 'Rents, The Cousin from Alabama and I spent time reminiscing about Grandma and Grandpa. We had a great time re-telling some of our favorite memories of them.
While we're on the subject of memories, let's not forget to take time to make some new memories; years from now when we're dead and gone, chances are our friends and relatives will be sitting around the kitchen table talking about their memories of us. Let's make sure they have some good, happy stories to tell.
