It's Derby Eve, and I'm very bummed. My beloved Ann and Nancy Wilson of Heart are in town this weekend, and tonight they will be in the Highlands, just 30 minutes away, at the prestigious Barnstable Brown party. It saddens me because the majority of the people at that party tonight won't even know who they are. What I would not give for the chance to get to meet them.
Anyhoo, I hope everyone has a great and safe Derby Eve. As for me, I'm getting ready to get the tequila bottle out of the cabinet. Happy Derby Eve.
