Something You Don't Hear Every Day

This morning when I made my usual 9:00 break phone call home to check in with the 'Rents, my Dad said something that you just don't hear every day, coming from an 83 year old.  And I quote "I can't get this app to work on my iPad.  How can I fix it?"
