I am very happy to report that Dad went to church today, and had an awesome day. He felt and looked great this morning, and made it through the morning just fine at church. He said he didn't even take a nap this afternoon.
This morning at church was just what he needed. He needed our church family coming up to him and giving him hugs and telling him that that they have been praying for him, and would continue to pray for him.
He rode the indoor bike for 20 minutes today and he also walked to the back of The Compound this afternoon; more exercise than the majority of us have done today. He said he felt fine!
