I am tickled to report that tonight, I had the best steak evah!! Yep, the best steak ever in my 51 years. It was a filet, and cooked perfectly medium rare, and it was so tender I was able to cut it with my fork. I give major props to the chefs and cooking staff at the Brown Hotel in downtown Louisville for preparing such an awesome steak. We had the awesome steaks at our company's National Sales Meeting, which celebrated our 75th year in business. And everyone at my table agreed that it was the best and most tender steak they've ever eaten.
Hats off to the Brown Hotel's catering staff.
