We weren't in the mood for cooking tonight, so we gave our business to Wendy's to get some of their awesome chili.
We had heavy rain almost all day, and tonight we are expected to have heavy severe storms. We're ready - our portable digital TV is charged up, and cell phones and iPads are fully charged, so we're ready for whatever tonight brings.
Traffic on the way home today was light. I know we don't have the school busses, but regular traffic was unusually light.
And we are anxiously waiting to hear if we will get the much-talked-about $1000 checks from the government.
