TWIT would like to wish everyone a very happy National Pancake Day. I'm sorry to report that I did not have any pancakes today to celebrate, but I did celebrate a few days earlier with some of my Mom's world famous thin pancakes Saturday morning. They sure did rock.
We'll be gearing up for the annual Fat Tuesday pancake breakfast here at The Compound in two weeks. Decorations will be brought up from the basement within the next week, and invitations will be going out soon. Stay tuned for photos of the event.
In the meanwhile, please fix some pancakes tonight to celebrate.
