The Old Man has always been a very accurate shot with a handgun and a rifle. And now we can add to that list a shotgun. In the past two days he's managed to get two rabbits and one groundhog that had been terrorizing The Compound. I'm sorry of this offends some of my readers, but we are overun with rabbits, squirrels and groundhogs right now at The Compound. And they're very brazen. One of the bigger groundhogs likes to walk up under the carport around the BMW. And one even got into a skirmish with The Compound's favorite canine Rocky Dog a few weeks ago. So The Old Man and our neighbor PS have taken it upon themselves to rid The Compound of these pesky varmints.
As the summer goes on, I'll be adding to the total. I'll keep you posted.
