Welcome 2018

Other than the high today only getting to 14 degrees, New Years Day has been awesome.  I rested and did nothing for most of the day, which was well needed.  And for the first time in years, I can honestly say that I am not dreading going back to work tomorrow.  I am excited about the challenges that face me and my department in this new year, and in 2018, I am going to become the best leader that my company has ever seen.
