As I type this, it is pouring down here at The Compound. It stormed like a sonofabitch Sunday night and all day and night yesterday, and today was sporadic rain.
I personally don't have any Derby plans this week, so I could not care less what the weather is. I just feel a tad bit sorry for all of the hundred thousand plus people that do care because they go to the Oaks and Derby. Oh well. Just wear a poncho and go.
