Flashback Friday

The memory I will discuss today on Flashback Friday is not from my childhood, teenage years, or early adult years; it is from last year.

This time last year, we were on the brink of an unprecedented heat wave of almost two weeks of highs of over 100 degrees.  Me and many others I've talked with kept a steady watch on their thermostat during that heatwave, making sure the their a/c's were still working.

As I type this, we're expecting a week of temps in the mid 90's and that's a bit too close for comfort.  I pray that everyone's a/c will continue to work and that we all stay cool.
