TWIT would like to wish a very happy birthday to Besse Cooper.  On Sunday, Besse turned 116 years old.  Yes, you heard me - 116 years old.   The Guinness Book of World Records has declared Besse the world's oldest living person.  Besse lives in Monroe, Georgia, where they even named a bridge after her.  Besse has 4 children, and over a dozen grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
At her birthday party, people asked Besse what her secret was to longevity.  Besse told them (and I quote) "I mind my own business, and I don't eat junk food."
Even if we don't make it to 116 years old like Besse, we'd all be way better off if we followed her advice.
