Thanksgiving is just a few days away, and on Thursday most people will be eating the traditional turkey et al. Personally, I'd rather have a nice sirloin steak cooked medium rare on Thursday but unfortunately I was outnumbered. But I digress. I found a cool site that week that talks about food - serious food.
