Yesterday morning, we got more bad news about an old family friend. Shell, the sister of faithful reader SDF, is down in Vanderbilt Hospital with a pretty bad infection. Her daughter said she was resting comfortably, and was sleeping very peacefully when she visited her yesterday.
Shell is a breast cancer survivor, and let's turn this into something positive -- all of my female faithful readers still need to be diligent about getting a mammogram.
Shell is a very tough fighter, and she has a lot of prayers going up.
