My Pork Carnitas were a big hit with the Old Man last night. Today, I am not cooking, and instead am getting my insulated cooler bag and heading to my favorite restaurant, The Bristol, for a big order of Green Chili Wontons, and their awesome Bristol Burgers.
I need to do a little home-business work today, but it's something that I am going to take outside and do under the gazebo while I enjoy this gorgeous fall day.
