On Friday, Governor Andy lifted all previous bans and restrictions that had been in place since last March. You could almost hear collective sighs of relief - bars, restaurants, and sporting events were able to be back at 100% capacity and you didn't have to wear a mask if you are fully vaccinated.
You could tell a big difference at the grocery store yesterday. I still wore my mask, and will probably wear it until the percentage of Kentuckians who are vaccinated gets above 50%. But I would estimate that at my Krogers, less than half still wore masks. I just have to worry about me and keeping the Old Man safe.
