Christmas isn't over yet here at The Compound. My Favorite Husband and her Dear Husband are coming down from Indiana on Tuesday for their annual holiday visit. I swept, mopped and vacuumed every floor in the house yesterday in preparation. Actually, I was going to do that anyway, but I digress. The Old Man requested that I make my famous pork carnitas while they are here, and my cousin's husband asked if I would make my also famous chili for dinner one night. I'm only happy to oblige.
