I was surprised to get an email back from the ConAgra Corporation today, apologizing all over the place for their bag of Bertolli not having any bowtie pasta in it. They said that they would be sending me some coupons for free bags of Bertolli, and they asked me to give them another chance.
I will most definitely give them another chance - we love our Bertolli bowtie pasta with spinach and chicken. I'm thinking that our dud bag was just a fluke.
